Terrance just looked at her. After a moment, he said, slowly, "How am I supposed to recognize you? I haven't even been here two days yet!" He scowled blackly at her. Immortal, eh? Her ego was probably as tall as her years were long.

"Lupa must have taught you about Camp Jupiter history," I scoff. "Also, you may want to be aware I have the power of a Praetor; so, I wouldn't be so openly rude or next time I catch you doing such, you'll be cleaning the toilets out," I say in a serious tone. I absolutely loved the power I wielded here.

"Now, ladies," Terrance said in a mocking tone. "Life's too short to be at each other like this." So saying, he unslung his bow and notched an arrow. "You touch her, you end up with an arrow in your forehead," he told Rhiannon in a voice of deadly calm. "Immortal or no, arrows have a reputation for doing serious damage." He smirked. "So let her go. Now."

Terrance didn't move and he drew the string to his ear. "Call off whatever it is you're doing," he snapped. "I'm not afraid to use this - least of all on you. Not being able to die seems to have inflated your already over-large head."

"Which is exactly why you should release us," Terrance said sourly. "What? Is this what you do for fun? Kill whoever annoys you?" He laughed coldly. "No wonder this place is nearly deserted." He took aim. If he was to die, he wasn't going to let her go free.

I move a few steps back from her and make three ice-creams appear. "Hungry?" I ask.

"What the bloody Hades?" Terrance asked, as he replaced his arrow. "Is that supposed to be some sort of peace offering or what?" He was extremely wary of this girl who acted like she was the Alpha just because she couldn't be killed and had unbeatable powers.

Terrance nodded slowly. "Yeah, thanks - but no thanks." He looked uneasily at the ice cream. He didn't trust it, nor Rhiannon. Food that was zapped into the physical world out of who knows where wasn't to be trusted in his mind. Especially if is was Rhiannon who'd done it. She had plenty of reason to jinx it.
