Ty walked along the border, looking for enemy spies and monsters. Not finding opposition, he climbed up a tree and fell asleep.

I was walking.A bit tired,I sat under a tree and started looking around.Hopefully,nobody was there.I started looking at an ant that was walking on the grass in frond of me.I let it walk for a while,then I killed it.I knew that it wasn't right,but for a kid with Morta for mother,kiling animals or humans is absolutely normal.

Ty started snoring up in the tree. He wasn't dreaming, but he was a heavy sleeper.

I thought I heard something.I didn't turned to look.I wasn't care.It was propably an animal.

Ty turned over in his sleep and fell out of the tree. He hit the ground a few feet from the girl, but kept right on sleeping. He didn't seem to have noticed he'd fallen because he sure didn't wake up.

I saw a boy falling from the tree.I moved away from him.My big and heavy notebook fel on the ground.I opened my mouth like I was screaming but there was no sound.As usual.I pick up quickly my things from the ground and stared at the boy.

"Mhm... apples..." Ty muttered, starting to wake up. He opened his eyes and stared at the treetops, wondering why he was suddenly on the ground and not on his branch.

I knew that this was wrong but I moved closer to the boy and looked it with curiosity.

Ty opened one eye and looked up at the person, well girl really, eyeing him. "Don't look so surprised," he said with a yawn as he sat up. Rumpling his white hair, he looked around and then up again. "Looks like I fell," he observed. "Must be a new record..."

I made some steps back.I opened my notebook and started writing.When I finished,I gave it to him so he could read what I wanted to say.

Ty read what she'd written. "Tyler," he said, extremely warily. He wasn't a kind of guy who trusted other people. "But you can think of me as Ty," he said. The fact that she was writing what she wanted to say told him instantly that she was a mute, but not much more. He would've asked her how she lost her voice or if it had always been like that, but knew it was rude to pay it too much attention. So he just asked her for her name.

When I understood what I had wrote,I grabbed the notebook from his hands and cut that small piece of paper.I hated it when I had to start a conversation.I never knew what to say.

Ty smirked. Most people poked fun at his hair, and when they did he gave them good reason not to. Her own hair was green, which was pretty cool. She looked rather like a stereotypical popular girl who should be hanging with her friends instead of out here talking to a guy who fell out of a tree. "Um..." he said awkwardly, before taking notice of her necklace. Ty had an eye for weapons and he was pretty sure that it was more than just an accessory. "What's your necklace turn into?" he asked her, raising an eyebrow. "A sword or something?"

"You want me to flatter you or do you want the straight up truth of it?" Ty asked with eyebrows raised as he read her last sentence. Honesty was always the best policy, but sometimes it paid off to lie.

"Alright," Ty said with a shrug. "I just fell out of a tree and here you are and I honestly have nothing better to do. It's not like i'm going to ignore you... that'd be cold, even for me." He grinned wryly at his own joke.

"Nope," Ty responded, rubbing his head which he just realized was paining him. "I usually don't fall asleep in them either."

A small smile appeared on my face but it disapeared imidiately.

"Yeah, maybe," Ty said as he got to his feet. "Where're you going?" he asked curiously. He wan't sure why, but the pretty mute with green hair intrigued him for some reason.

"Arrive where?" Ty asked her, strangely unannoyed at the fact that she had to write down everything she said and that her writing wasn't exactly super fast.
